저희 “한미은혜 침례교회”는 Fort Hood로 알려진 미 육군부대 인근 도시인 Harker Heights, TX에 위치하였습니다. 1987년 4월 5일, Killeen, TX에 위치한 한 가정에서 “은혜 침례 교회”라는 이름으로 시작이 되었고, 1999년 5월, 현재 건물을 매입한 후, “한미 은혜 침례교회”로 그 이름을 변경하였습니다.
We, Korean-American Grace Baptist Church is located at Harker Heights, TX, a city near US Army base known as Fort Hood. It started on April 5, 1987 at a house in Killeen, TX. It was Grace Baptist Church, but it has been changed its name to Korean-American Grace Baptist Church since we purchased this building on May 1999.
현재 담임하고 계시는 김태욱 목사님께서는 2004년 12월 12일, 제 7대 담임목사로 부임하셨고, 지금까지 신실하게 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 몸 된 교회를 건강하고, 화목한 교회로 성도들과 함께 세워가고 계십니다.
Rev. Taeuk Kim, our current pastor, appointed as the 7th Pastor of our church on December 12, 2004 and has been leading us faithfully to build the church, the body of Christ Jesus our Lord, as a healthy and peaceful.
성경은 영감있는 하나님의 말씀이며, 한미은혜침례교회의 신앙과 원리의 유일한 권위이며, 기초입니다.
우리 신앙의 표현은 남침례회 총회가 2000년 6월에 받아들인 “침례교회 신앙과 메시지”를 따릅니다.
We affirm the Bible as the inspired Word of God and as the basis of all beliefs and principles of Korean-American Grace Baptist Church.
An expression of our beliefs is contained in the “Baptist Faith and Message” as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention, June 2000.
우리 교회는 온 가족이 함께 하나님을 예배하는 것을 지향합니다.
Our church aims to worship God together with the whole family.
우리는 하나님을 사랑하며, 주께 받은 은혜를 가지고 주를 섬기는 것이 성도의 본분으로 여깁니다.
As our duty, we serve God loving Him with the grace that is given from the Lord!”
우리의 섬김은 가정에서부터 교회와 이웃과 나라, 그리고 온 세계를 향해 나아갑니다.
The serving goes from our home to our church, our neighbors, our country, and the whole world.

We desire God to be pleased.

하나님께 나아가는 자는 반드시 그가 계신 것과 또한 그가 자기를 찾는 자들에게 상 주시는 이심을 믿어야 할지니라!” (히브리서 11:6)
